Exhibits
by organizations and companies are welcome. Exhibits may include posters,
publications, product or service information, and equipment samples (small
devices only). Tables can be provided to exhibitors. Tentative cost for
exhibit space is $US 300 per square meter ($US 28 per square foot).
All exhibits must be small enough such they can be
carried as luggage when traveling to China.
Space at the Holiday Inn meeting hall is limited for the Symposium.
The exhibits can be placed both in the meeting hall and at the site
immediately outside the hall. The
size of the meeting hall is about 200 square meters, and outside the hall, there
are about 40 square meters available for registration and exhibition.
The hotel can provide two sizes of tables for the exhibition: 1.8 x 0.6 m
(1.1 sq.m) and 1.8 x 1.0 m (1.8 sq.m). In addition to renting table space,
exhibitors should allow for any floor space needed for chairs located behind
tables. In addition to the
available wall space, the Holiday Inn can provide two backboards for posters
and banners. Only adhesive tape
will be allowed for attaching posters placed on the wall, (no tacks or pins).
The price is same for wall space as for floor space.
Registration deadline for exhibitors is October 15, 2001.
