Q. How much is registration?
A. Registration for the symposium is $US 385.  Registration forms should be submitted by October 10.

Q. How can I register?
A. You can  sign up online by clicking here. You can also fax your registration to +1 (970) 245-2514 or +(86)(10) 8461-0779. You can either print a copy of the registration form or you can actually submit your registration online via our site. You will receive confirmation of your registration.

Q. How do I pay for registration?
A. The registration fee is payable by check or cash upon arrival at the conference.

Q. Where is the Symposium being held?
A. At the Holiday Inn Pudong Shanghai, located in the center of the Pudong commercial district.

Q. How far is the Holiday Inn Pudong Shangai from airports?
A. Approximately 30 min. from the Hong Qiao International Airport and 40 min. from the Pudong International Airport by taxi. Taxi fare from Hong Qiao International Airport is $US 10; alternatively, you may take the Hotel Limo for $US 32. Taxi fare from the Pudong International Airport is $US 18; alternatively you may take the Hotel Limo for $US 39.

Q. What will the weather be like in Shanghai during the Symposium?
A. In November, the weather is comfortable with an average temperature of 16°C (61° F).

Q. Do I need to make my hotel reservation directly with the hotel?
A. If you plan to stay at the Holiday Inn Pudong, we will make reservations for you (see registration form).
