You
can register
for the conference online,
or if you prefer, by printing out the online form and faxing it
to the conference
organizers. Please return the completed form no
later than October 10, 2001.
The
registration fee is $US 385, payable by cash or check upon your
arrival at the conference.
If
for any reason you find after registering that you cannot attend
the conference, kindly notify the conference organizers as soon
as possible.
