Following is an introduction to our staff. We also work closely with associates in other areas.

Raymond
C. Pilcher, President, has worked more than 27 years in petroleum
and mining industries. His experience includes domestic and
international project management, economic evaluation, and corporate
planning. He is an active participant in all research and development
projects undertaken by Raven Ridge. Mr. Pilcher manages projects for
government and private sector clients looking to develop coalbed methane
and coal mine gas and other energy resources. He has led or participated
in numerous domestic and international projects for a variety of
private sector clients as well as U.S. EPA, UNDP, and The World Bank.
He has traveled extensively in Western and Eastern Europe, the former
Soviet Union, and Asia for the purpose of assessing and/or developing
coalbed methane and coal mine gas resources. Mr. Pilcher has also
chaired and/or helped conduct a variety of coalbed methane conferences,
symposia, and workshops in the U.S., China, and other countries.
Since March 2000, he has chaired the three Strategic Research Institute
Coalbed and Coal Mine Methane Confereces held to date, including the 2002
conference held in Bejing, China in November, 2002.

James S.
Marshall, Executive Vice President, has worked more than 22 years
in the petroleum as well as mining-related industries. He is a Certified
Petroleum Geologist. His experience includes domestic and international
project management. Mr. Marshall's corporate duties include bid
presentation and contract negotiations. Mr. Marshall has been a key
participant in coalbed methane projects domestically and
internationally. He has managed several detailed technical and economic
assessments of methane recovery project opportunities at gassy coal
mines, both in the United States and other countries. In particular, he
has extensive experience in assessing coalbed methane project
opportunities in Russia and Ukraine. He has led or participated in
numerous projects in the Former Soviet Union, Eastern Europe, China, and
the U.S., for both private and public-sector clients. Mr. Marshall has
also helped organize and conduct numerous coal mine methane conferences
and worshops for U.S. EPA in the U.S., Russia, and other countries.

David
Johnson, Vice-President of Operations, has worked more than 23
years in the petroleum and mining related industries. He manages both
domestic and international field operations. He is experienced in the
supervision of drilling programs for the exploration and
characterization of conventional and non-conventional energy resources
and precious metals. Mr. Johnson has planned and managed numerous field
projects in the United States related to coalbed methane, underground
coal gasification, coal and other energy resources. He also has
extensive experience in international field operations related to
coalbed methane exploration and development, particularly in Belgium,
Spain, and Turkey.

| Sherryl Buckley, Senior Staff Accountant / Contract Manager, is responsible for financial accounting, billing, and contract management at Raven Ridge Resources. She prepares income and balance sheet statements and various other accounting statements for management. She is experienced in all phases of accounting. |

Richard DiPaola, Senior Technical Illustrator, is a Registered Professional Mining Engineer and worked more than 16 years in the mining industry. His experience comprises all aspects of mine ventilation engineering, including mine design, the plan and execution of ventilation surveys, as well as economic evaluations and feasibility studies for both developed and undeveloped properties. He also has extensive experience in computer aided design drafting and is currently responsible for design and output of technical illustrations for a wide variety of projects. RRR works closely with other experts on certain projects. These associates include Protocom Consulting Inc. and Calvin Resources Inc., whose principals are described below: Andrew A. Bates is president of Protocom Consulting Inc., an oil and gas consulting firm that provides high quality wellsite supervision, design drilling, completion, and production programs since 1988. Mr. Bates has a Bachelor of Science degree in petroleum engineering, and 13 years experience in coalbed methane. He has planned and supervised drilling, completion and production operations for hundreds of coalbed methane wells in the San Juan and other U.S. basins, as well as China, Australia, the U.K., and Canada. John C. Griffiths owns and operates Calvin Resources, Inc., an independent oil and natural gas exploration company that generates and participates in development and exploratory drilling projects. Mr. Griffiths has 25 years experience in generating and screening drilling proposals and negotiating oil and gas agreements. He is experienced in preparing and packaging drilling and acquisition proposals for industry, non-industry and publicly funded partners.
